Social Media can make fielding customer concerns & questions easier. You can more promptly answer questions on social than forcing customers to hunt down your phone number or email address to get in touch. Since happy, un-inconvenienced customers are great, right?!
So get a leg up on your competition by having human, organic interactions with your customers.
When you’re on social media, you’re making your bio more accessible. You can share your personality, as well as your company’s. Making it easy for customers to connect with you, increases your brand loyalty and retention. Loyalty is always good!
Social Media can also be a great way to find out what your competitors are up too. Keeping up with where you stand amongst them puts you in a better position to make strategic decisions to stay ahead of them.
On the flip side of this: social media also makes it easier to keep up with other businesses that are/could be potential partners.
Business partnerships can be beneficial for both parities & connecting, communicating and promoting one another on social can be great for business!
